A LUSAKA manager has been arrested for allegedly shooting one of his workers after he and other employees confronted him over their National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) contributions.
Chris Chisuta, 42, a manager at Jianfeng Company Limited and a consultant at Liang Company Limited is said to have shot Nicholas Kapembwa, 23, on the left side of the chest.
Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga confirmed in a statement yesterday that a group of about 30 workers gathered at Mr Chisuta’s residence which was also his office to push for the remittance of their statutory obligations.
