NDOLA-BASED Sunshine Millers Limited has announced a price reduction of K80 in its mealie-meal.
Managing Director Gomeli Litana said in an interview that the company reduced the price of a 25 kg bag of mealie-meal from K400 to K320.
Mr Litana attributed the drop in the price to the reduction in maize prices from K10,500 per tonne to K7,000 a tonne which translates into a reduction from K525 per 50 kg bag of maize to K350.
