AN ARRESTING officer has told the court that former President Edgar Lungu allegedly instructed the former Zambia Amy Commander Lieutenant General Paul Mihova to surrender certificate of title for an army plot which was later allocated to the Patriotic Front.
Detective Chief Inspector Boston Nzhibwe said that Lt Gen Mihova was summoned to State House by Mr Lungu after he refused to surrender the title to the then Lands Commissioner Wilfred Muma where he was allegedly ordered to surrender the Title.
