PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema does not think Zambians can allow the Patriotic Front (PF) to bounce back into government.
The Head of State doubted if Zambians wanted to vote back a party into power that would go back to its old ways; lawless in the country, indebtedness, no free education, selective and inconsistent disbursement of the Constituency Development Fund or failure to pay retirees.
