PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has implored Cabinet and provincial ministers and Permanent Secretaries to effectively communicate the New Dawn Government’s development gains to the people.
President Hichilema said since forming Government after winning the 2021 general elections, the United Party for National Development (UPND) Administration had scored major development milestones in line with the campaign promises made to the people.
“We have a hymn sheet which is the UPND manifesto upon which the people of Zambia elected us into office and that is the basis on which the people of Zambia put us into office.
