A JOINT operation by Zambia National Service (ZNS) and Zambia Police officers swang into action yesterday confiscating an undisclosed number of Eagle mealie-meal bags from traders found selling the commodity way above the recommended price of K230.
The sting operation which was conducted simultaneously in Southern and Lusaka province towns caught exploiters who were found selling a 25 kilogramme bag of mealie-meal as high as K300 by surprise as the uncompromising officers hurled the bags away
