THE ZAMBIA Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Association has expressed concern at the explosive cylinders being sold on the market by unlicenced traders.
Zambia LPG Association president Obed Chiluba said the proliferation of kiosks for refilling cooking gas cylinders was a concern because they were mostly being handled by untrained people.
Mr Chiluba said in an interview that most of the dealers were not affiliated to any LPG marketing company that provided professional guidance on refilling cooking gas cylinders to protect the consumers.
