CAVMONT FMO Corporation Limited will have to compensate Forli Limited for the infrastructure development on Woodlands Stadium area after the Lusaka High Court ruled that City of Lusaka Football Club are the rightful owners of the area.
In her judgement, Justice Situmbeko Chocho ordered that possession of Stand No. 2757 and Stand No. 3034, which houses Woodlands Stadium and Lewanika Mall, together with the governance and shareholding structures of City of Lusaka Football Club (2000) PLC be returned to the original state.
