VICE-PRESIDENT W.K. Mutale Nalumango has said the Government is reviewing policies to empower planners at all levels, giving them the tools, resources and legislative backing needed to implement resilient planning.
Speaking during the Zambia Institute of Planners (ZIP) 10th National Planning Conference in Livingstone yesterday, Ms Nalumango said the Government was committed to strengthening institutional and legal frameworks that elevated the planning profession.
