THE Association of Ministers Spouses (AOMS) yesterday pooled K1.4 million at the fundraising golf tournament aimed at helping the underprivileged in society.
Association Chairperson Grace Mutati said after the tournament that AOMS would continue to supplement government efforts of improving the welfare of the less privileged.
She said they would pay particular attention to women and children in the country.
“Our Mission is to complement governments efforts in improving the welfare of the less privileged, with our particular focus on women and children. We are also committed to promoting and supporting early childhood education,” she said.
