FOOTBALL Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga (below) has sued the State over his delayed appearance in court and wants the return of his passport which was seized by the Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC).
Kamanga contends that being compelled to appear regularly before DEC officers for the purposes of extending his bond, along with restrictions imposed on his travel, violates the Zambian Constitution.
