THE review of the parliamentary status of fugitive Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament (MP) Emmanuel Banda alias Jay Jay has been referred to the National Assembly Committee on Privileges and Absences for determination.
First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Malungo Chisangano said the committee shall make appropriate recommendations on the matter by Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
