PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has noted with gratitude the renewed interest by Anglo American Corporation to invest in Zambia’s mining sector after close to 20 years absence.
President Hichilema said the three million tonnes annual copper production target, required partnerships with reputable mining companies like Anglo American.
The President said this at State House in Lusaka yesterday where he held a meeting with a delegation from Anglo American led by company chief executive officer Duncan Wanblad.
