PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says serving in his Government is not a ‘joy ride’ but a voyage in which he expects hard work, personal level integrity and prudent utilisation of public resources for the benefit of all the 20 million Zambians.
President Hichilema reiterated that stealing public resources would not be condoned and that Zambians should not misconstrue prosecution of thieving individuals for victimisation.
