FORMER Chipolopolo goalkeeper Kennedy Mweene has urged the Copper Queens to sacrifice a little
for the country to achieve what they have not attained ahead of the Morocco 2025 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations
(WAFCON) that gets underway this Saturday.
The Nora Häuptle drilled side returned to the WAFCON three years after the team’s best-ever showing when they made it out of the group stage for the first time to finish third and secure their debut FIFA Women’s World Cup
qualification.
