THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) will build its first-ever rehabilitation centre in Chilanga District Balmoral area which will gobble about K240 million.
Director-general Nason Banda also said the commission had in the meantime applied to the Secretary to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa to consider giving one of the properties that was forfeited to the State to the DEC so that it could be converted into a rehabilitation centre.
