ABOUT 1,000 km of economic roads have been approved for financing under the Public Private Partnership (PPP) model, State House has announced.
According to the 2021-2024 Implementation Status report released by State House Special Assistant to the President in Charge of Policy and Compliance Joseph Lungu, the roads included the Ndola-Lusaka dual carriageway, which was undergoing expansion.
Others were the Kitwe-Kasumbalesa dual carriageway, Lumwana-Sesheke Road, Ndola-Mufulira-Sakania Road and the already completed Masangano-Fisenge-Luanshya Road.
