ZAMBIA and Sweden have signed a bilateral agreement of Article Six of the Paris Agreement which will enable the two countries advance investment in the renewable energy sector through carbon trading.
Article Six of the Paris Agreement sets out how countries can pursue voluntary cooperation to reach their climate targets. It enables international cooperation to tackle climate change and unlock financial support for developing countries.
