THE Zambia Forestry and Forest Industries Corporation (ZAFFICO) is in the process of collaborating with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) to achieve certification for its forests.
ZAFFICO managing director Mundia Mudia said the corporation was aiming to have all its forests certified within the next one or two years.
Mr Mundia said in sustainability initiatives, ZAFFICO was recalibrating its operations to reflect the sustainability agenda.
