THE Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) says the formulation of a whistleblower mechanism is a necessary tool to help in the fight against corruption.
ACC Acting Director Monica Mwansa said that the whistleblower’s rights and protection if designed and implemented well would encourage individuals and organisations to freely report those involved in corruption and the triple effect would be felt in the reduction of corrupt activities.
