THE United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA) has urged Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to harness their potential in driving the electric mobility (e-mobility) value chain in Africa.
UNECA Director sub-regional office for North Africa Adam Elhiraika said Zambia and DRC had huge endorsement of minerals used to manufacture electric vehicles (EVs) and should take this opportunity to harness its potential in developing the value chain in the region.
