These Terms govern your use of the services and features we provide, unless expressly stated otherwise. The services are provided by Invetok Inc.

Use of Invetok is free for basic features. However, some premium features and tools require a paid subscription. We monetize by offering advertising services to businesses and organizations. When using our platform, you agree to see ads that may be tailored to your interests based on your activity. We do not sell your personal data and only share necessary data with advertisers as described in our Data Policy.

1. Services We Provide

Our mission is to empower people through digital interactions that promote truth, openness, and productive engagement. We provide the following services:

2. Funding and Advertising

We provide services largely free of charge by showing sponsored content and advertisements. You may also pay for Pro features for additional capabilities. We use your activity to personalize advertising but do not sell your personal data. Advertisers may receive performance reports but will not see your name or contact details unless you grant permission.

3. Your Commitments

Eligibility & Conduct

You must use your real name and maintain only one personal account. You cannot use the platform if you are under 13, a registered sex offender, or if your account has been previously disabled due to violations. Content violating laws or our faith-centered community rules (e.g., promoting pornography, gambling, occultism) is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Use

You may not use our platform for unlawful or malicious purposes. Automated data scraping, impersonation, or spamming are not allowed. You also agree to respect others' rights, including copyright, and refrain from spreading misleading or abusive content.

Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of the content you post, but by using Invetok, you grant us a license to display, store, and use it to operate the platform. You may delete your content at any time, and we will remove your data unless retention is required by law or technical limitation.

Marketplace Transactions

Invetok provides a marketplace for users to transact directly. However, we are not liable for the products or services exchanged. Sellers only receive payment after marking an item as 'Shipped' and the buyer then confirms it as 'Delivered'. If the buyer does not respond within 7 days, the order is auto-marked as delivered. A 'Chat with Vendor' feature is provided to help parties communicate. Invetok’s role is to hold funds temporarily for secure release — we are not responsible for the outcome of the deal.

4. Other Legal Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our platform implies acceptance of the changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations. We disclaim liability for losses arising from the use of our services, and your use is at your own risk.

If disputes arise, they are governed by local laws and do not involve Invetok in disagreements between buyers, sellers, or advertisers. These Terms make up the full agreement between you and Invetok.
