CABINET has agreed to continue with both ground and aerial surveillance and spraying until the red locusts are completely eliminated.
Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa said a Cabinet meeting chaired by President Hakainde Hichilema at State House on Tuesday reflected on the infestation of migratory locusts and the red locusts in nine districts in Central, Western and Southern provinces.
