A MANSA entrepreneur has called on investors to invest in Luapula Province and the Northern circuit because the two areas have great potential in tourism, modern real estate among others.
Lombe Mpabalwani said the new dawn government had lined up great policies to ensure that investors get attracted, hence urging both local and foreign investors to acquire properties or land through local real estate agencies in Luapula and the Northern circuit.
Mr Mpabalwani who is running a start-up small company called locate properties, said in an interview that Luapula and the Northern circuit had the potential to greatly contribute to the country’s treasure.
