THE Government has assured Zambians living in South Africa are safe and that the security situation there is being closely monitored following reports of xenophobic protests in some parts of the country.
Acting Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Minister Princess Kasune said that there were currently 8,223 Zambians living in South Africa, including 277 students.
