COPPERBELT-BASED security guard-cum filmmaker Dickson Sekichipoya says lack of adequate resources among local film producers is contributing to the local market being flooded with low quality movies.
The filmmaker has worked on a low budget movie titled Chikondi.
Sekichipoya has also lamented that some local television are not supporting the growth of the film industry because they demand that filmmakers submit their works for airing without paying any money for the content.
