ZAMBIA will be aiming for a podium finish at the Africa Amateur Golf Team Championship (AAGTC) which tees off this morning at Bulawayo Golf Club in Zimbabwe.
According to Zambia Golf Union (ZGU) general secretary Edward Phiri, the team was in high spirits going into the continental championship that has attracted 20 countries.
Speaking in an interview after the morning practice session in Bulawayo, Phiri said the team being coached by Nkana’s Mukuka Mwango was focused on getting a medal going into the event.
