THE European Union (EU) says it is keenly following and seeks to better understand the Government’s proposed electoral and constitutional reforms.
The EU said it was interested in understanding the details of the Government’s plans and consultations with relevant stakeholders ahead of their adoption.
EU Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, European External Action Service Rita Laranjinha said this during the EU-Zambia Partnership Dialogue in Chongwe yesterday.
