PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema has implored Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to engage in dialogue with the Government to collectively address issues of national interest.
President Hichilema said it was only through dialogue that consensus could be built on various issues of national importance.
The Head of State was speaking when CSOs led by the Non-Governmental Gender Organisations Coordinating Council (NGOCC) called on him at State House in Lusaka yesterday.
